Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all. Our classes welcome complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Thaya will guide you through every movement, ensuring proper form and alignment. We recommend starting with a group class or a private session for personalized guidance.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended (and available for purchase at the studio). We provide towels, water, and all the equipment you need.

Simply add us on LINE Official and send us a message. Our team will help you choose the right class and schedule that works for you.

We ask for at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as one session from your package.

Yes, Anacade has parking available for visitors. We are also easily accessible via BTS Bang Na, just a short walk from the station.

All classes are taught in Thai and English. Our instructor Thaya is fluent in both languages and adapts naturally during each session, so every participant can follow along comfortably regardless of their native language.
